Deleting the function module for previous versions

Delete hotfixes for version 10.3

To delete the Transaction Z Winshuttle hotfix

Importing the transport is a standard procedure. The transport consists of two files, the K90nnnn.W5D and the R90nnnn.W5D, where nnnn is an SAP generated number. Use the procedure to import the transports in the following order:

  1. W5DK900762 Z Winshuttle FM delete
  2. W5DK900764 Z Winshuttle package delete

The following procedure describes how to extract the transports

  1. Go to DIR_TRANS path (on Windows NT /usr/sap/trans, on UNIX, \usr\sap\trans).
  2. Copy the K file to the "cofiles" directory.
  3. Copy the R file to the "data" directory.
  4. Log on to SAPGUI.
  5. Start transaction STMS and select the import queue for the target system.
  6. On the Others menu, click Extras, point to Other Requests, and then click Add. Enter request W5DK90nnnn.
  7. Select the request number W5DK90nnnn.
  8. On the Option menu, click Request, and then click Import to import the W5DK90nnnn into the system.

Deleting the Transaction versions 10.4.1 and 10.5 from ECC5

Delete the following transports in the sequence indicated:

  1. W5DK900726
  2. W5DK900734
  3. W5DK900728
  4. W5DK900730
  5. W5DK900732
  6. W5DK900736

The transport import is a standard procedure and will come as two files (K90nnnn.W5D and R90nnnn.W5D) where nnnn is an SAP generated number. 

Step 1:

  1. Go to DIR_TRANS path (e.g. /usr/sap/trans on Windows NT) (e.g. \usr\sap\trans on UNIX) and copy the files into the subdirectories "cofiles" and "data" as shown below:

    The K_ file is to be copied into "cofiles" directory and R_file is to be copied into the "data" directory

  2. Logon into SAPGUI and start transaction STMS and select the import queue for the target system
  3. Go to menu option Others > Extras > Other Requests > Add, enter request W5DK900nnn
  4. Select the request number W5DK90nnnn
  5. Go to Menu option Request > Import to Import the W5DK90nnnn into the system.
  6. In case your target client is not 000, then ensure to select the Option "Ignore Non-Permitted Table Class".

Step 2:

After installing Winshuttle Add on v10.6.

Start transaction code SA38 and execute program /WINSHTLQ/QRS_CLEAR_ADDON

Step 3:

Lastly, import transport W5DK900758.
