Configuring Winshuttle Workflow

With Winshuttle Workflow, you can automate business processes and create custom workflows. You configure Workflow to work with CENTRAL in the CENTRAL administration settings. You can review Workflow activity on the Workflow Admin Site. Note that if you previously used CENTRAL without Workflow, you must remove the generic CENTRAL workflow before publishing a custom implementation that is created in Workflow.

Winshuttle Workflow is a separate product from CENTRAL. For information on installing and setting up Winshuttle Workflow and its companion product Winshuttle Designer, see the Winshuttle Workflow Administrator Guide.

  1. On the Winshuttle CENTRAL Administration page, under Site, click Workflow Configuration.
  2. Specify the URL of the Workflow administration page. The URL must start with either http:// or https://. It will be formed from the name of your host server and port 54703, such as, https://my-example-server/54703. Click Save.

Before the URL is saved, the connection is tested to ensure that CENTRAL can access the Workflow service. You are notified if the connection and configuration are not successful.

  3. To remove and change a URL, select the URL, and then click Delete. Click Save.
