SVService Logging

Much like the Error Log operation, the SVService Logging operation of the SVAdm tool allows you to record errors related to the SVService, email, auto approvals, and email approvals. Errors can be referenced from the sharevis.log file, located in \Program Files\ShareVis\logs, for troubleshooting by Workflow Technical Support.

Searching for an SVService logging level with a text editor, involves the same process as searching for logs put out by the Log Operation: search for a "|" immediately followed by the logging level name. For example, if you are examining a log to try to find where an error occurred, search for "|Error".
