Performance Monitoring

Workflow Graphs allow you to monitor and evaluate the performance and efficiency of a process, its tasks, and the workflow participants, providing insight into process bottlenecks and user patterns, which can be used to streamline and improve a process.

To create a graph:

  1. Go to a SharePoint site and click the Winshuttle Process List header.
  2. In the Actions area, click Out of Office Delegations.

    The Workflow Charts window appears.

  3. In the Report Type menu, select the report to generate:
  4. In the Process menu, select the process you want to analyze.
  5. In the Report Period menu, select the date range of the chart.
  6. In the Chart Title box, type a name for the chart.

    Note: It is a good idea to use names that contain only alphanumeric characters and underscores. Avoid using spaces and non-alphanumeric characters.

  7. From the Chart Type menu, select the type of chart you want to create:

    Note: The Pie Chart option is only available when running a Process Performance Analysis.

  8. Click Create Chart.

    A chart is created with your criteria.

    Note: Only a person with the Manage Lists right may view charts.
