Retrieving solutions from CENTRAL

After a solution has been published to CENTRAL, you may need to edit the components or may want to save a script locally.

To retrieve a published solution

  1. On the File menu, click Retrieve Solution.
  2. To edit the scripts, open the clients and edit the scripts. Reimport the scripts.
  3. Change other solution components as you want.
  4. Submit the solution for review. After the solution is approved, publish the solution.

    Resubmitting the solution creates a new version on CENTRAL.
