Step 1: Create sections in the form

  1. We will start by completely starting the form design from scratch. We will first create 3 sections in the form.
  2. Each Section is a Container object that can be found and inserted from the Insert Controls option (shown at right) in InfoPath.
  3. Within each section we will create custom tables. Each table will have 2 columns. On the InfoPath ribbon, click the Insert tab, and then click Custom Table.

  4. You can drag and drop fields from the InfoPath field list into a table row. With some simple editing and organizing, you can create a Form similar to the one shown below:
