Phase 5: Adding loops, notifications, and SLAs
In this phase, we will enhance the workflow some more by adding approval loops.
We will use multiple participant resolvers, including:
- A manager from a SharePoint user profile
- A purchasing person from a SharePoint list
- An accounting team assignment from a SharePoint group
We will also customize email notifications sent during the workflow process, enable email-based approvals, and customize SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
