Ensure that you have downloaded the installation files and the supporting documents from the links provided by the Sales Representative.

Document Scope - To add the single combined Winshuttle add-on, also know as the Winshuttle Function Module, to you SAP system server, for version 10.6 of both Winshuttle Transaction and Winshuttle Query.

The following are the different SAP system scenarios, with steps to implement the Winshuttle add-on for each case.

Server Side:

Scenario 1. No Winshuttle function module exists, for example, no previous version of the Transaction Function Module or Query Function Module is installed, you are a new customer, or it is a fresh system – See the New Install Folder.

Step 1.

WNSC30II.SAR: This is the installation file for the Winshuttle function module version 10.6 on fresh systems. Detailed instructions given in New server-side installations of SAP470.

Step 2.

K900015.W4D and R900015.W4D are the transport files that must be imported into the same SAP server after installing WNSC30II.SAR. The transports for SAP contain pre-shipped entries for the custom Winshuttle security table in SAP.

Scenario 2. Previously installed Transaction Function Module of version 10.5/10.4.1/10.3

Step 1: Remove older Transaction function modules. Refer to folder RemoveOldTransactionFMs and Deleting the function module from previous versions.

The removal of all previous versions of the Transaction WFM is required because version 10.6 is a common installer for Query and Transaction products.

Step 2: After removing previous versions of the function module, follow the steps under Scenario 1.

Scenario 3. Previously installed Query Function Module of version 6.0/6.1/6.2/10.0/10.1/10.2/10.3/10.4/10.5 - See the Upgrade Folder

WNSC30IU.SAR: This is the upgrade file for upgrade to function module version 10.6 from any of the previous Query versions. Pre-requisite of Query WFM in any of the listed versions, such as version 6.0/6.1/6.2/10.0/10.1/10.2/10.3/10.4/10.5. This will implement FM side functionality v10.6 for both Transaction and Query products.

The installation instructions are available in Upgrade of WFM for Query on SAP R3 470.

(NOTE: This combined installer resides in component previously used by the Query WFM.)

Scenario 4. Both Transaction and Query Winshuttle function modules are already installed.

Step 1: Follow the steps in Scenario 2.

Step 2: Follow the steps in Scenario 3.
