Create a Winshuttle Workflow Site

After the Workflow application has been installed, you must create a site that uses the proper template.

Creating a site with the Winshuttle Forms template for SharePoint 2010

1. Navigate to Winshuttle CENTRAL.
2. Under Site Actions, click New Site.
3. Under Template Selection, click the Custom tab.
4. Select the Process Control Form Workspace template.
5. Give the site a Title and URL, and then click More Options. This will be the site where your forms will be stored.Give the site a title unique title and URL so you can distinguish between your sites if you plan to create more than one site.

   Note: The length of the URL will affect overall length of the site URL. Therefore, it is best to keep it as short as possible.

6. Under Permissions, click Use unique permissions.
7. Under Navigation, click Yes for both options.
8. Under Navigation Inheritance, click Yes.
9. Click Create to open the Set Up Groups for this Site window.
10. Create a new group for Members.
11. Create a new group for Owners.

    Note: Users who create forms must be added to the Owner group of this site.

12. Click OK.

Creating a site with a Winshuttle Forms template for SharePoint 2007

1. Navigate to Winshuttle CENTRAL.
2. Under Site Actions, click Create.
3. Under Web Pages, click Sites and Workspaces to open the New SharePoint Site page.
4. Fill out the Title, Description, and URL fields with your information. This will be the site where your forms will be stored.Give the site a title unique title and URL so you can distinguish between your sites if you plan to create more than one site.
5. In the Select a template area, click the Custom tab and select Process Controlled Form Workspace.
6. In the Permissions, Navigation, and Navigation Inheritance sections, select the appropriate options for your environment.
7. Click Create.

This completes installation of Winshuttle Workflow.
