New server-side installations on SAP R3 4.70

Use the following instructions to install the Winshuttle Function Module on the SAP server. This is a two-step process.

1. Follow the steps in Install Winshuttle Add-on 10.7 on SAP R3 470.
2. Follow the steps in Importing the transport files for new SAP R3 4.70 installations.
