Introducing Winshuttle RUNNER for TRANSACTION

Understanding RUNNER for TRANSACTION concepts

RUNNER for TRANSACTION allows easy upload of data and audit of entries, and yet preserves SAP security. SAP tables are never directly accessed.

TRANSACTION scripts are recordings that point to all the SAP fields and screens that you want data entered into; the data sheet, which can be in assorted formats, includes the actual values you want to upload.

The script is created to be reused, but the values of the data sheet can be changed. Very often the script is created by one user, such as an IT worker or business user, to be used by one or more information workers. To upload data, information workers often run the script in the Winshuttle run-time program called RUNNER for TRANSACTION.
