Step 1. Download and install

Journal Entry Management is a part of Studio v11. To ensure success, please use the same Windows User Profile to download and install Studio v11 with Journal Entry Management.

  1. Check the system requirements and make any necessary updates.
  2. Close all Office programs, including Excel.
  3. The download links can be found here: Studio (will open in a new window).

    Important: Be sure to choose Studio v11.3.0 or later.

  4. Click the download link, and then click Save.
  5. Open the folder where the .zip file was saved.
  6. Right-click the .zip file and click Extract All.
  7. Choose where you want the files to be extracted to and click Extract.
  8. Double-click the folder that contains the extracted files.
  9. Right-click winshuttle-studio-xx.xx-xxxxxx.exe (in your file, the x's will be the version number and the build number) and click Run as administrator.
  10. In the Install Wizard, click Next>.
  11. Click I accept the terms in the license agreement and click Next>.
  12. Enter your Name and Organization name in the window and click Next>.
  13. If you want to install the files in a different location, you can do that here. Click Next>.
  14. Click Next>.
  15. Click Install.
  16. Click Finish.

The files will be extracted and installed on your computer.
