Update Service plugin properties
The Update Service plugin updates the start date of a given SVService entry to the specified date.
This plugin only works for:
- Pending status records in the Svservice table
- Pending jobs in the Manage Background Jobs page.

Example
- serviceid – [SVServiceId]
