Winshuttle Document Workflow (DocEx) allows you to manage and monitor your document-related tasks and processes.
A document workflow site includes three main Web Parts:
- Winshuttle document explorer — displays all the documents in the site
- Winshuttle document task list — shows all the tasks assigned to you
- Winshuttle document process list — displays the documents that are currently being routed
The following sections describe each of the Web Parts of a Document workflow site and provide instructions for tasks you can complete within them.
