A standard Winshuttle Foundation User Governance installation (not a full Foundation installation) installs Winshuttle User Governance 11.x and the Winshuttle License Management System (LMS), where the LMS is used to control licensing with the User Governance installer. The trusted install is a trusted global .WSP that deploys to the SharePoint farm in the same manner as previous versions (10.x) of Winshuttle Central.
